Helena Robbins

Helena Robbins is an artist from Toronto. She went to high school at the Etobicoke School of the Arts and is currently studying fibres and material practices at Concordia University in Montreal. She creates multimedia work and continuously experiments with new materials. In 2023 she won a gold key, a silver key and two honorable mentions from the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. Helena’s work has been featured in magazines such as the Toronto Public Library Young Voices Magazine (2022), the Trinity Review Spring Journal (2022) and Ultraviolet Magazine (2022). Her work has been selected to appear in Toronto galleries such as Us Gallery Contemporary, Northern contemporary and Little Egg. Outside of art, Helena is an accomplished pianist completing grade 8 piano at the Royal Conservatory of Music and playing in the Toronto Jazz Academy Orchestra. She is also a figure skater and coaches skating.
