Age should be no barrier to the possibility of art itself.

The Little EGG Gallery is a Canadian art gallery specifically for under 18 year old artists.

The gallery was founded by a 13 year old artist when he discovered most shows and art fairs had age restrictions.  Many art galleries had legal restrictions creating barriers for under 18 artists.

There was a void in the art world.

Since our inception in 2022, Little EGG has exhibited artwork of under 18 artists from all around the world.  Our mission is to become the global venue to celebrate the next generation of contemporary artists.  A place where every young artist can be recognized.

As Picasso said, “Every child is an artist; the problem is staying an artist when you grow up.“

We want to ensure this creativity is not lost. Age should be no barrier to the possibility of art itself.Little EGG has financially supported young artists from Ukraine, Uganda and Israel to allow them to exhibit their artwork in our shows.

We also partner with local mental health organizations to provide hope and inspiration.

The gallery has been featured on numerous press articles over the last year, including HyperallergicReader's Digest, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC TV & CBC Kids News), The Art Newspaper, Toronto Star, TLN TV and more.

We host shows in Toronto & NYC. Our permanent space is located in Toronto, Canada.
