My work investigates perception, consciousness, and the act of seeing. I transform landscapes: horizons, skies, and water, through photography, digital manipulation, and three-dimensional layering, creating compositions that shift with the viewer’s perspective. Drawing on ideas from neuroscience and philosophy of mind, I explore how attention, memory, and context shape our understanding of visual experience. Each piece becomes an encounter with instability, inviting reflection on the threshold between what is observed and what is constructed. By situating perception at the centre of the work, I aim to engage viewers in an active dialogue with both the imagery and their own processes of seeing.
